Phase Two Now Underway
MCDR has a long-standing relationship with Target. This job is different from building one of their stores, however. It serves a noble purpose, housing international families of children receiving treatment at St. Jude.

Multiple audiences always present a challenge for construction management firms. The Target House board was made up of representatives of St. Jude, ALSAC, Target Corporation, the Catholic Diocese, and St. Peter's. Collectively impressed with the work on Target House One, the board recently appointed MCDR to handle all aspects of phase Two.
